With over 40 years of experience as a Realtor, I’ve been teaching Continuing Education classes in negotiating for nearly a decade, plus I’m a graduate of many courses, including the Project on Negotiating created by Harvard, M.I.T. and Tufts universities.
I wrote "the" book on real estate negotiating, "Create A Great Deal, the Art of Real Estate Negotiating", as well as "Create a Short Sale, Your Guide through the Short Sale Maze".
My expertise is valued by the Residential Real Estate Council, where I’m a negotiating Subject Matter Expert and the lead author on their course on negotiating, and by Inman News, where I’m a contributing author writing articles on—you guessed it—negotiating.
Also, I’m a speaker at national conventions and conferences, including RE/MAX INTERNATIONAL conventions, Prudential Real Estate Summit, Annual meeting of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, the CyberStar Summit, Real Estate Masters Guild and REOCON Summit.
